I got my computer in this Monday two weeks early, and I can say that I am extremely satisfied with it. I can do things on it and OS X that I couldn’t imagine doing on my PC using Windows. Even when running through Rosetta I can paint in real time better than I could have ever dreamt on my PC, not to mention the zooming and artifacting bugs in the Windows version of Painter are nonexistant on the Mac (the same goes for the annoying pressure sensitive brush bug in Illustrator). I am enjoying the experience thoroughly on my new computer. I paid good money for it, and I got my money’s worth out of it. Thank you, Apple.

The manga is off hiatus as of yesterday. I started painting the background for page twelve last night. In a short amount of time I got quite a bit done, so this is a good sign to me.
